RETURNS

Aldenhall accepts return requests within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging, dice box, pouch, accessories, and order confirmation. Returns must be approved before being shipped back.

For returns due to personal preference, wrong item ordered, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package, shipping label, and product.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account.
